Caroline Spelman MP has met with public supporters of the international development charity WaterAid at the Houses of Parliament to discuss the international water and sanitation crisis, which claims the lives of 700,000 children under the age of five every year.
Local MP Caroline Spelman has welcomed a new tax cut for hardworking people in the Meriden constituency. From April 2015 the personal allowance will rise to £10,500, cutting taxes for 25 million people and taking another 290,000 people out of paying income tax altogether.

Local MP, Caroline Spelman has pledged to stamp out the sale of commercially farmed puppies within the Meriden constituency and across England. Caroline is calling on the government to consider legislating to ban the sale of puppies where the mother is not present.
